Fans of the Scottish band (who in 2006 announced their separation) have been waiting for a new album for more than fifteen years. After a successful return to the stage in 2017, Aidan Moffat and Malcolm Middleton finally hit the studio to follow up on The Last Romance, accepting only producer Paul Savage by their side. The idea is not to reproduce the music of their 90s and 2000s but to approach new sounds while remaining Arab Strap, this group which has always succeeded in captivating with an original blend of folk and rock.
