
Seven Day Scarsdale Diet Meal Plan
The Scarsdale Diet meal plan was developed by a physician and is based on the premise that a diet low in carbohydrates and fat combined with certain food combinations can result in optimal weight loss. The Scarsdale Diet meal plan produces results that other diets without the food combinations cannot.
The following is a basic outline of the Scarsdale meal plan. The Scarsdale eating plan can be used in conjunction with recipes (that use the foods given) to create a healthy weight loss plan that you should follow.
The Scarsdale diet eating plan is based on a seven-day schedule. Once you complete all seven days, just start over from the beginning.
When the “Favorite Drink” appears, you can choose between coffee, tea, water, sparkling water (flavored), soda, diet soda, or a calorie-free drink. Do not add sugar, milk, cream, or honey to drinks. You should only add calorie-free sweeteners like aspartame, saccharin, splenda, or truvia.

Sausages (these must be made with meat and without fillings) with tomato

You can add herbs and seasonings (such as salt and pepper or oregano and basil) to any of the items in the Scarsdale diet meal plan. On the Scarsdale diet meal plan, you can have moderate amounts of mustard, unsweetened ketchup, vinegar, and lemon dressing, cocktail sauce, or horseradish (though not horseradish sauce).
For best results, you must strictly follow the Scarsdale diet meal plan. Remember that it is the combination of foods that also helps you lose weight.
During the second week of the Scarsdale diet meal plan, repeat the Scarsdale diet meal plan from week one.
