This is why losing weight on a high or complete raw vegan diet is so easy and fast!

If you have ever tried to follow a raw vegan diet, even for a week, you must have noticed how easy it was to lose weight. I’ve had clients lose 40 pounds in a month on juicing alone. Just as people who would find it enormously difficult to lose weight, even with caloric restriction and plenty of exercise, lose 15 pounds in a month. I’m not saying it’s easy to get high or raw, but it does get easier and the benefits are well worth it. There are many reasons why eating a high or complete raw vegan diet helps you lose weight so quickly.

Raw foods were designed for your body in the first place, so your body knows what to do with them. Your body uses them for energy and nutrition, and they travel in and out of your body in a short period of time. All calories are not created equal! Even if you ate the same amount of calories from a raw vegan diet, you would be at an ideal weight, much leaner and not to mention younger, hotter and more energetic. The old model of calories in vs calories out is outdated and does not take into account food quality, metabolism, allergies, etc.

When you eat foods that are not made in a factory and are not designed for the human body, the body often stores these toxins in the body so that they do not cause further harm. They are often stored in the midsection and hips (rims). That’s why it’s so hard to get rid of this trouble spot. Your body stubbornly clings to these areas for security reasons. Until the diet changes, all the abdominal workouts in the world won’t help you much.

When you eat a high or complete raw vegan diet, you have more energy and, because of all the fiber, you tend not to overeat. Fiber in nutrients that your body needs, help keep your body full. But even if you ate the same number of calories as your old diet, you’d still lose weight. This is because food is used for energy and nutrients instead of being stored as fat. I bet you can’t think of a person who has been on a raw vegan diet who is overweight or has too much fat on their body. This is because it is simply not possible.

Another reason eating a high or complete raw vegan diet helps you lose weight so quickly is that your body begins to eliminate stored toxins in the body through detoxification. Detoxification is the body’s way of cleansing itself. The symptoms may not be fun, but it’s worth it. When you begin to eliminate these toxins stored in fat and muscle tissues, you will also lose weight.

Not to mention that a raw vegan diet rich in fruits and vegetables is high in water content. Most people are dehydrated, which actually leads to fluid retention and bloating. If you stay hydrated, you will lose that bloating and those unnecessary kilos.

So there are many reasons why a raw vegan diet helps you lose weight so fast. I have seen incredible weight loss stories from all kinds of people from different backgrounds and age groups. It’s just one of the many benefits of eating high or completely raw vegan. For me, it’s just an added bonus compared to everyone else.
