Eba is a by-product of cassava, which is obtained by peeling, grinding, sifting and frying cassava, eba is also called garri and is eaten along with different Nigerian soups.

Let’s make chicken rice jelly for 5 to 6 people.
The ingredient includes:
* 3 cups of rice,
*Fresh tomatoes (medium blender full) or chopped into 15-20 balls,
*Chicken 1kg
*Maggi Seasoning
*Curry powder (1/2 tablespoon)
* thyme seasoning
*Onions 2 balls
*salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: parboil the rice for about 10 minutes, wash and set aside, blend or chop the tomatoes and set aside, wash the chicken with hot water and parboil with salt, maggi seasoning, curry powder, thyme and onion (1 ball). Boil the meat until soft for consumption, then separate the meat from the water, fry and reserve, cut the onions and also reserve.
