When I was in chiropractic school, I had a teacher who liked
imprints a point on our young and fertile minds. Repeated it over and over again
over and over and reminded us of this fact each time the theme
permitted.
The point was this: muscles don’t push. They can not.
Just physical muscle pulls. Muscles can only pull. A whole muscle can
to do actively is to shorten. This is how all the intricate movements of ballet and kung fu and
climbing is done: the muscles shorten and move the bones that are
associate with. They can only shoot. They cannot push.
Universal Muscle Only Attracts. Some years later I found myself in an Abraham *
workshop. It was in Abraham’s message that I realized that our muscles, even the
tiniest human muscle, just over a millimeter long, all of these muscles, large and
small, they carry in their function and morphology an enormous universal principle.
Our human
Anatomy reflects a lesson that, when learned, can change your life.
Abraham teaches us that there is no exclusion, only inclusion. That
it means that the muscle of the Universe can only attract things to you. Can’t push things
away from you. Every time you try to push something away from you, you just draw
to you for your attention to him.
Although Abraham does not speak of muscles, they teach us well about the Law of
Attraction. And the Law of Attraction acts like the muscle of the universe. Move things.
And move things together. Not just anything. Move things like
vibration with each other. If you could get a cosmic view of the spinning motion,
It may seem that some things are moving away from each other, but that is due to
they are moving towards something else.
The universe does not push. And that’s why it makes perfect sense that our muscles don’t push
any. We agree with universal law and our cool bodies illustrate the principle brilliantly.
Don’t push here.
“Push” logic. Of course, you can push a baby stroller. The doors are labeled “pull” and
“push” and we have no problem doing it. You can even push a car if necessary.
But pushing is an illusion. It is the result of a specific combination of jerks. No muscle
you can push the door open.
We are often tempted to push against the things we don’t want. We think that if we
fight something, it will go away. And sometimes it seems very logical that yes
Push hard enough against something that will disappear.
That is why even some of us who are longtime students of Abraham can still find
ignoring what we have been taught about the Law of Attraction. We can still find
pushing ourselves against the things we don’t want. And once we get pushing we shoving
harder and harder.
When we look at our own anatomy and see this beautiful no-push principle reflected in
our muscles, brings it home. You can only throw. And yet, when cooking a recipe for
variety of jerks, or you bring things to yourself or create the effect of things
get away from you.
But in a universe of attraction and in a body of muscles, the only way to have things
to get away from you is to bring something else towards you.
How things get away from you. Let’s divide this into two groups.
1. First, there are the things you don’t want in your life. These are the things that you are
trying to get away.
These undesirables can include your friend’s irritating attitude, your pile of unpaid bills,
aches and pains in your body or anything else you don’t want in your
experience. Your logic may be telling you that by “pushing” against it, it will disappear.
The Law of Attraction tells you that by paying attention to it, you are attracting it.
and more like that, for you.
Here you have the feeling that you are taking things away from you, but by Law of
Attraction, you are really bringing them closer.
2. And then there are the things you want in your life. You want these to move
toward you and yet it may appear that they are moving away from you.
These desires include all the wonderful people, things, and situations you want.
immerse yourself in their experience. But you may have noticed that some of them are not in
your experience. You can even have your thoughts focused in such a way that you feel
fear, worry, frustration or some other type of discomfort for the things you want because
they are not in your experience.
This creates the effect of things that you want to get away from you. But that’s not
really what’s going on. Remember, the muscle of the universe only attracts.
Big muscle, small muscle. You can use this hidden relationship between the Law of
Attraction and your own muscle to create your life in a way that gives you more
joy.
First, remember that the Law of Attraction offers you things that match your
vibrate. Expand your understanding of yourself as a vibrational being and deepen
your knowledge of the Law of Attraction, you can refer to the teachings of Abraham. *
Second, remember that your muscles can only actively pull things towards you. Now
Let’s put all of this together and make it work for you.
How to use your muscles.
This is the trick that will change the way you attract. Spend
more time engaging your muscles with the things you want to bring to you than with
things you want to get away from yourself.
How simple!
Let’s apply this to both examples.
1. If there’s something you don’t want, don’t commit your muscles to it.
thing. Don’t use your leg muscles to walk toward him. Don’t use your face and head
muscles to face it, look at it and talk about it. Don’t use the muscles in your arms and hands
reach out to touch it. Find something you want in your experience and involve your
muscles with that.
2. If there is something you want but it is not yet part of your experience, use your leg
muscles to take you to places where you can feel what you want.
Use the muscles in your face to talk about how good it will feel when this is what you want.
arrives.
Use all the muscles you can to prepare to receive what you want when
It come to you. You have now aligned your personal muscle with the muscle of the
universe and you have a powerful partner.
This simple physical practice can change your manifestation exponentially.
